It's simple: help leaders sleep better at night and take real vacations. By creating structure, improving decision-making, and building stronger organizations, I help teams spend less time putting out fires and more time focusing on what matters most. 

 I believe meaningful conversations are where solutions begin. Behind every operational challenge, leadership struggle, compliance issue, or technology initiative are people working to solve real problems. Whether I'm guiding an executive team through change, stabilizing operations, or developing an AI strategy, my focus remains the same: creating clarity, reducing complexity, and helping good people do great work.

As the Founder and Chief Transformation Officer of Straxis, I help organizations align strategy, operations, governance, and technology in ways that support sustainable growth. I partner with leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen organizational foundations, and turn ambitious goals into practical results.

Over the past two decades, I've worked across healthcare, financial services, technology, professional services, and nonprofit organizations, leading initiatives in operations, compliance, organizational transformation, and technology adoption. My experience spans entrepreneurial organizations, growing businesses, and highly regulated environments, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face as they scale, adapt, and evolve.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting and an Executive MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
